Hello all,

Completing my first year in Nashville in the Donelson/Hermitage area. We are possibly going to renew that lease but are also looking into living right in Lenox Village. We've only been through it a couple of times but there is definitely a lot more to do restaurant and shopping wise, and the places and townhomes seem nicer (and more expensive.)
Does anyone live there, or know more about the area? My girlfriend commutes to the Boro and I work in Madison so we pretty much have to stay on the East Side or downtown if we are looking to live anywhere else. Other than that it's a great city to live in, finding new things to do and places all the time!

There's a ton of threads on Lenox Village, if you want to do a search. Personally, I love the area for having as much as it does for being such a far-out corner of Nashville, have a couple friends who live there, and like the restaurants. We live nearby and my husband commutes to the 'boro, and I to downtown-take Nolensville to Burkitt to 24. I also recommend the Kroger at Concord Place rather than the one on Bell/OHB-much nicer and same distance to drive.

The area is great, just don't lease the Lenox Village Condos. They are HORRIBLE!!! The ceilings and floors are paper thin (ie you can hear the neighbors pee and flush) and the office staff are rude and make false promises. You can lease larger townhouses in the subdivision for cheaper than the condos, they are way over priced for NO peace and quite!

The rest of the subdivision and the area is great!

My sister lives in a Lenox Village townhouse and we visit her all the time. We LOVE the neighborhood and the ability to walk to the restaurants and shops nearby. Nice woodsy area to walk around in too and not a lot of traffic in the neighborhood itself. I highly recommend it!
