Hey everyone just wanted to say hello. The wife and I and two children will be relocating to Mt Juliet, TN from NJ after Christmas. I was offered a great job in Nashville. We are looking forward to coming. We been to TN about 30 times in the past four years and just love Nashville. We are tired of the hustle and bustle in the Tri-State area and want our kids to grow up someplace instead of here and get a beautiful home. We are looking forward to coming. Just wanted to introduce myself and maybe get to know some people in the area.

Sounds like you are making the right move - having been here 30 times it will be like 'home' to you in no time! Congrats on making the move happen. Where is "Tri State"? I have a friend in MD who calls his computer company "Tri State" so wondered if there are several areas considered "Tri State"?

I had another friend who lived in NJ with his two daughters and moved down here when there were about 6 - said it's just a better quality of life. ALTHOUGH I really miss NJ tomatoes . . .

All the best!

I am in Old Bridge, NJ and the tri-state area is pretty much NYC , Washington, NJ and Philly area. I will not miss NJ tom. I will miss the pork roll I am feeling like it is home already.
