Hi we will be moving to Franklin this summer and we will need a good Vet in the vicinity. We have our pets microchipped and tattooed and they will require a new vet's address in case they get lost. We currently have a lady Vet where we live now and she is compassionate and caring. Sort of looking for that as well up to date methods of care and some holestic views. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great. We will be looking for home in the Fieldstone Farms side of Franklin. Anything relatively close to there would be great! The last thing I want to do when I get there is to start looking around for a good Vet. Thanks.

I live in Fieldstone Farms and take my cat to The Little House Animal Hospital:

Little House Animal Hospital: Franklin, TN

He (my cat) is diabetic and they have been great about working with me with various options for dealing with his condition. Very friendly, community oriented, compassionate people. I'm not sure about their views on holistic care - I think there is a holistic vet on Franklin Road on the way up to Brentwood . . will see if I can catch the name the next time I am past there.

Little house is very close to Fieldstone, up in the Grassland area - behind Sonic and the First Tennessee bank.

The vets are all women, which I like . . so does my cat! They board, too. Good luck with your move!

Piggy backing on this thread I am also moving to Franklin this summer with 2 large dogs. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a cage free boarding place that I can leave them when we go on vacation. I want them to be together and able to roam about and play.

Paw Pals services is cage free. That's where my dog goes for boarding. She comes home exhausted.
