I just moved north of Nashville and want to see country concerts. I looked online and found several at the Wild Horse Saloon. Is it a safe place to go to? I wasn't sure about parking your car there. I saw at the Opryland hotel you can get a shuttle for $14 round trip and was wondering if that was the best thing to do.

Yes, the Wild Horse is very safe. It is owned by Gaylord enterprises. There are shows there and entertaiment. You need to check the Calendar on the Website , who will appear.

There are parking garages downtown, safe
There are also concerts at the Grand ole Opry and the Ryman Autotorium.
For a cafe feel check out the Blue Bird Cafe , which is in a stript mall in Green Hills. Many a Country Star was discovered there!

Barb, If your interested in meeting people being new here, I belong to the New Neighbors League. I'm here over a year now, and it was was a good way to meet people. Its part of a National organization. We do a lot of fun things. We acually have a night scheduled at the Wildhorse. We have activites such as Bowling, not a league, Lunch, Coffee's, Tour Tenn, which this month we toured the Capital. Next month its a Distillary, and many other things.
