My husband and I are planning on moving to Nashville in July. We are trying to look for places online but I am having a really hard time finding anything, almost everything on Craigslist is a scam and all the other sites I have used I never hear anything back from the information requests.
We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom duplex or house (something with a small yard), up to $700 a month, within 40 minutes from Nashville.
Does anyone know any good rental realtors I could talk to?

Try RealTracs.com

Click on Davidson County, then Rental. Here is what came up in your price range. Have to be careful about location in that price range so ask on the board when you want to look at a place as to safety. Your price range is a bit low for the area.

Zillow is good. Here are some duplexes

Also, because you say within 40 minutes of Nashville, you might want to look at outlying areas where rent is cheaper such as in Rutherford, Wilson, Dickson, Chetham, Williamson, Sumner counties. In your price range for Williamson Co., you might want to look around Fairview.

The rental market in the greater Nashville area is incredibly tight right now, so you may have to prioritize your desires and be flexible in what you will accept. Good luck!
