Where are your jobs?

WHat is your rent range?

Have you visited the area?

I did not visited.Husband did.We want to be about 30min away from his job(north Nashville)
He liked the area;but I just don't know if it is a safe neighborhood.I know the school has good reviews.

Which school is it?

Parts of Lavergne are not desirable at all.

Hopefully the OP is talking about the south end of Waldron that's probably zoned for Rock Springs/Stewarts Creek schools.

If his job is in North Nashville, why are you considering LaVergne? The commute would be a nightmare and would likely take way over 30 minutes during rush hour. La Vergne is also in somewhat of a downward spiral. Although the area you are looking would be considered the "good side of town" it is still La Vergne.

I would consider Hendersonville, the Sumner side of Goodlettsville, or even Mt. Juliet.

If the budget is more of a concern, consider White House or Millersville.
