Is Dumps a franchise of some sort, or do you mean a garbage dump?

I think he means a garbage dump. For Sumner County it's located in Gallatin.

Welcome to your new home LeeB. Glad you like it. I live in the Cross Plains area. It is a lot smaller than Portland and I mean a lot smaller but I love the small town.

Lee, the garbage dump is down in Gallatin. You have to take route 109 from Portland to Gallatin. It's called the 109 bypass as you go around the city of Gallatin and turns into Airport Road before you make a right to continue on 109 south. Stay on Airport Road, cross over railroad tracks, and the refuse sight will be coming up on your right. I know their number is in the phone book. I don't remember the hours.
