What can you tell me about the Whispering Hills subdivision?

I currently live south of Old Hickory, wanting to move north of Old Hickory (for traffic reasons, time management, etc.). We have been looking in Crieve Hall, Hearthstone, those areas west of Edmondson, but saw a house pop up on the east side of Edmondson in Whispering Hills.

The houses on that side are literally $100,000 less. Why? Is it because its close to Nolensville? Is the crime worse there? What's the deal? Seems like its a nice area. Any help you could give me would be wonderful.

The answers are the same as in the previous post: School zones and crime.

Individual homes may be cheaper if they are in a flood zone.
