I heard that the city may shut down if it snows..so how do you guys get to work when it snows in Nashville or surrounding suburbs?

It depends on how bad the streets are. Snow is very rarely the problem. The problem is, it was probably raining all day before it got cold enough to snow. Iced over streets are what closes the schools and occasionally businesses. I take my computer home with me everyday and if my son's school closes for weather, I work from home. That is true for most of the people that I work with and it is one of the largest employers in town.
