hello! I am moving to Nashville in July.. looking to spend under $800 a month.. looking in hermitage online and have been eyeing Waterford Landing apts. does anyone know if they are in a good neighborhood? safe? good for a single female 28 yr old?? any other apt suggestions? thank u!

They're fine and the neighborhood is too for the most part. I went through this search over there last year (looked at Waterford Landings also) and 800/month was about the lowest you can get for a good 1 bedroom in the Hermitage area. Of course that depends on how picky someone is.

I have a friend who works at a very nice Hermitage complex. They have a constant waiting list, and you might find that at other complexes as well - so be prepared.

I use to live at Cherry Creek Apartments. Very nice property. I will warn you though. Hermitage is becoming a bit of a spoty area on safety. Still one of the safer areas in Nashville, but just letting you know. Waterford Landing is not bad though.

I am a 24 year old single female living in Spinnaker Cove and I've never felt unsafe in the apartments or in Hermitage. Just practice common sense and you'll be fine. I've heard good things about most apartments in Hermitage and you can definitely get a good 1 bedroom for under $800 in this area just shop around a little.
