Just saw this was on the list of Brentwood road projects. I drove it today and widening that stretch of road is gonna take out quite a few mailboxes! Looking at both sides of the road, it's tough to see if they'll carve out a mountain or take away the parking lot of the holistic animal hospital. Nice houses along there are gonna lose their mailboxes or stone fence entries.

Maybe they can make it a bi-level road like the George Washington Bridge?????

It will take at least a year just to finish the engineering work and negotiate the right of way.

Too bad I can't correct Concort to Concord . . . .

I don't travel that road during commute times and don't see the need but if you say it's there, I believe you! Sure do like getting on and 65 at Concord instead of Moore's Lane, though. Looks like quite a project with the existing businesses and the topography.
