Just read that the Cheesecake Factory at the Cool Springs Galleria Mall will open November 11th, in case anyone is in the mood for cheesecake and big portions of food!

Well, the mall can use a food court alternative so I see it as a good thing.

Yes. They need several:

Boston Market
WhataBurger
Taco Cabana
In-n-Out Burger
Cheddars

There used to be a Boston Market in Cool Springs, but it went out of business.

Not a huge fan of most of the other things on your list, but I would like an In-n-Out.

If we're getting more fast casual chains, I would like an Earl of Sandwich, Sweet Tomatoes, and Fish Hook Grille.

I don't see Cheddars coming to Cool Springs based on their target market, but possibly In-n-Out Burger in the future. I see Cheddars opening a location in Spring Hill. Here are some chains I'd like to see in Cool Springs:

Legal Seafood
Mitchell's Fish Market
Maggiano's Little Italy (Second Nashville area location)
Season's 52
Cooper Hawk's Winery
Houston's (They need to come back to the area like today!)

In-N-Out won't be here until they decide to put a distribution warehouse in the vicinity.

to other poster.... I've always thought Legals was overrated, but I'm allergic to shellfish so I don't do their chowder.
