hi, does anyone know about gallatin. I was looking on the net and saw some new condo's by a builder called lenox. would this be a safe plae for somebody single to live. i need out of florida bad.

Depends on what part of Gallatin. Most of the West side is very nice and perfectly safe. Toward the older parts of the city, it is not as nice, more run down and shady... Have you tried also looking in Hendersonville? It is very nice, right next to Gallatin.

You can also look at capital homes they are building a new development in Springfield that is going to have some condos built with a view of a creek pretty nice layout and is in a great neighborhood.

Gallatin is nice and certainly seems safe but my wife and I crossed it off our list as we like west Nashville alot more...
Have you looked west of Vandy? Like Belleview? How bout Brentwood?
Try renting first...

Almost anywhere in Gallatin is very safe, heck most of Tennessee is very safe. Gallatin is a bit of a small town, but if your looking for low crime rate, it's the way to go. So c'mon up, I think you'll like it
