Was just reading this now.

Nashville continues to just be absolutely red hot with development.

Now is currently a definite transformational time for the city of Nashville and its metro region.

Nashville has jumped city tiers in a decade, and may jump into another tier by 2040.

I thought the Academy of Country Music was already in Nashville, and that's why I was surprised to read this.

Good news for Nashville though.

Amazing dense development planned--very cool to see. I can't believe that area in Nashville had car dealerships sitting there for so long--decades.

Such a prime part of the city. Good to see dense, skyscraper development finally being constructed there, connecting downtown to midtown well.

It would be interesting if this area of Nashville built a 1,000 footer. Could be a work-around since downtown has the height limit of 750 feet due to the airport runway.

Does anyone know if this could be feasible/easier in this section of Nashville, rather than getting it done downtown?

And with all the building going on, the 'split'(where West End splits off of Broadway) will be a little Times Squarish with the flashing billboard(s) and dense development;

I was in Nashville in early October and was wondering what might go into the vacant concrete plots right beside the Grand Hyatt hotel, and the Union Station hotel. Now it makes sense and good to see these developments happening.

The Reed development is absolutely city-changing, and will connect downtown and midtown with a seamless skyline.

Just think, 10 years ago we were worrying about Lake Palmer and now there is a Conrad hotel and offices sitting there. Nashville won't have too many surface lots before long. I am excited to see what goes in PC Metals place.
