This looks to be a really beautiful tower design. I like that it will be 550 ft, so breaking the 500 ft height and will be Nashville's 2nd tallest when finished.

Four Seasons is long overdue for Nashville. Uber luxury, but Nashville tourists will fill it up I'm sure.

I think it was very wise to stay within Nashville and not locate in a suburb. Just a short uber ride for shoppers from most of the major hotel areas.

My guess would be slightly but not really that much. Opry Mills is a tourist attraction to an extent for some visitors into town, with the Opry and Hotel next door. It won't pull any of those people away, and the people who go there to shop from Hermitage/Donelson/Madison and places north will still go. Obviously I'm not an expert on where the local shoppers at Opry Mills come from, but those are my assumptions.

Agreed. It'll probably have more of an impact on the little outlet mall in Lebanon which has been dying a slow death the last few years anyway.
