Can anyone tell me about the Westfork Phase 3 Subdivision in Smyrna? It looks like it is behind the Nissan plant on the map.
Thanks!

Smyrna is the next Antioch. Beware!

I hate the sound alarmist, but all the signs point in that direction - the unplanned for growth, the removal of people from the city core to the outlying areas (Smyrna being a popular landing pad), all the subdivisions and more. LaVernge, which has its shareo of issues now, bleeds into Smyrna.

If you are looking in Smyrna, I'd say go further out into some parts of Murfreesboro, where the decline may not happen, or will be postponed at least.

I was there in Smyrna over Thanksgiving and I felt it was very nice and very clean. I didn't see anything bad at all and my sister-in-law lives there and she hasn't had any problems. We are looking to move there from Fl. over the summer and we don't want to move too far from her. But we have also been looking into some parts of Murfreesboro that is still in Rutherford Co. Although I am having a bit of a promblem trying to find out further info on schools and such in the area's that we have been looking. I would like to know first hand from parents who take their children to these schools how they are and not from web sites.
