Odyssey Construction is the name of the builder of Sylvan Summit houses. Most of their projects are still ranch type and I think they just started taking cues from demand of modern houses. However, their interiors are still ranch type/open floor, which is cheaper cost to build.
It's high time we have a subdivided minimum 7 rooms/area in a modern house -- 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen area, 1 home entertainment center, and 1 dining room.
