Unfortunately, for Nashville, it's our only real newspaper now. There are other papers published in the surrounding cities like Franklin, Hendersonville, etc.
The Tennessean newspaper is loved by some, despised by others. I'm afraid I'm more in the "despise it" column, although not as much as some others do.

These are very interesting topic boards. They are approached from an urban interest standpoint and provide good reading if one is interested in what's going on around Nashville and surrounding areas. One thing is they are not are real estate sites or places for silly questions.
