Thanks so much for the heads up! I am definitely doing research on the complexes and I have been looking out for things like warning about flood planes and issues with management companies, maintenance issues, etc.

Nashville Apartments - Colonial Grand at Bellevue

Colonial Grand is on my list of complexes. I'm that Type A who has a spreadsheet started with all the info I can find on the complexes I'm looking at... Wyndchase, Crossings, Grande View, Bellevue West, Bellevue Heights... and I have about 6 more I have yet to really do homework on. LOL.
