We are looking to move within 6-12 months to the Nashville area. We have narrowed down to these areas. Thompson station,Spring Hill, Franklin,Fairview and possibly Nolensville. We want to have quick access to 40/840 as we have family in west Tennessee. We are looking in the 400-500k range and would like an area with great schools, children, low crime, not overcrowded or congested and somewhat rural but within 15 minutes of shopping, etc. I would appreciate any advice you could give as we have only visited once to get a feel for the area. We will more than likely build to get the forever home we desire. Thank you in advance for any advice.

I think Thompson Station has what you are looking for but there is an impending 2000 acre massive subdivision and golf course coming unless the county can stop it.

If you are considering Nolensville, the Rock Springs Elem. area just to the east might be a consideration.

This is what your price range would get you...
