What are those reviews saying? 11 North is in the Gulch, which is one of the more in-demand, high-rent areas of Nashville.

Home They book short term rentals of apartments, condos, and houses. The one the OP is renting is in 11North.
11North is perfectly safe. It is in the city, so regular precautions would need to be taken, but that area is safe and is very close to everything.

Wow, I'm glad I moved out before they started letting it go to short term rentals!

11th & Church could be reasonably safe if you don't stay out all night. Should check if the Predators or the Titans have a home game. Quite a hike from the New Year Eve bash on the riverfront. Should also be a bash at the Ryman.
