My boss had his cat cut off his SUV in our work parking lot in the middle of the day this week! Carothers and Cool Springs Blvd area-busy parking lot...whoever did it has some guts to do this in my work parking lot. Just a heads up to watch out...police told my boss others are being stolen too. Thieves suck!

Oh, great. I was told to watch out if this problem hit my area. Apparently my car's converter contains a lot of platinum. Also, it's high ground clearance makes it easier to rob.

This is just great. Thanks for the warning.

I'm glad our automobiles don't have them. Ahh.. the joys of not having inspection stations in the sticks

Most exaust shops will saw them right off and run 'true' duals from the engine back.

Even if they 'ever' do decide to force Marta out in the sticks, we have several old cars and trucks that date back far enough that they don't have to comply with any testing they may throw at us. I have enough parts stocked up to keep a few running for the rest of my life, and my kids will have enough parts to pass them down to their kids as well if they wish to keep them on the road after I'm gone

This guy has me beat though, if I hit the lotto, I'd add his engine stockpile to my treasure
