A 46,000-square-foot grocery store is projected to anchor a retail center planned for the northeast corner of Martin Luther King Parkway and Vaughn Road in the city of Clarksville in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Clarksville City Countil voted in October to rezone the site from O-1 (office district) and R-1 (single family residential) to C-5 (highway and commercial district).

Supermarket Publix, which presently operates two stores in Clarksville, has recently opened several new 45,600-square-foot stores. ("New Store Openings." Publix Super Markets.)

I think the targeted grocer is Publix, It could be in position to increase its store count in Clarksville in progression toward expansion into Kentucky.
