Hello! I am moving to Nashville in about a month and looking for a place to rent. There is a house that is "minutes away from Briley Parkway" and I am wondering if that is a safe area to live. Please let me know any other safe areas to live also. Thank you!

Pennington Bend will take you to Music Valley Drive, or to near Opry Mills, or McGavock Pke exit off Briley Parkway. The area is very safe & should be very quiet away from Briley Parkway. If you time it right, take advantage of the Opry House & the General Jackson showboat.
You may have to watch for any city council actions about Air B&B rental activity. Just be nice to any neighbors.

My brother has lived off of Pennington Bend in 2 different houses since 2000. No worries, and he has never mentioned any such incidents. I go there couple times a month. All looks peaceful.
