I have been reading this forum for a year. I have a question for those who live in a double wide modular home, in middle Tn. My house goes on the market on monday. My family will be moving to middle Tn ,when the house sells. I would like to know how much electric ,gas, water, phone run a month in a double wide. I need to see if I will be buying 2 double wides ( one for my daughter & grandson) or I will be buying a 4 bedroom. I have heard such good things about Tn, that I am excited to retire there.

Can't speak for a double-wide, but can't imagine it would cost more than a prior rent I had..all utilities were included, at a cost of $200 per month..for 1,200 sq. feet..realtor calculated avg cost of all should be within $10 of that.
