I am a white female divorcee in my 50's and am looking to start a new chapter in my life and relocate to the Nashville area. My price range would be around $125,000-$150,000. I am physically limited so I don't require anything with a gym, pool or hiking trails. I am interested in communities where there are social activities to be able to be involved in. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Nashville has some lovely 55 & over communities you could look into.

You should also just use Redfin.com to see the available homes & condos. It will let you know what your price range can realistically buy.

Best of luck. Hope the move brings you much happiness.

I to am a white female in my 50's and am thinking of
relocating to the Nashville area. I will be looking for an
apt to rent. Anyone able to suggest somewhere safe and
affordable to live? Does not have to be in Nashville, but
could be in a suburb. Any helpful info would be greatly
appreciated.

What is your rental budget?

To the OP, your budget to buy is a bit low for the area. Nashville real estate has been on a roll the last few years. Try RealTracs.com.
