I ALWAYS carry my Glock with me when I have to go to Autozone on Charlotte...it sucks that all the good auto parts stores are there-Pep Boys, Autozone, etc...

There is a nice zero lot line townhome available in Bellevue for $119,900. It's at the end of Holt Valley Rd in a nice private location. MLS number is 963105.

The Charlotte park area is pretty nice. I work at an elementary school over there and feel very safe in the area. It has a suburban/ family feel. I agree that east of Briley parkway/ white bridge road is pretty shady. Once you cross over Charlotte though, you'll end up in Sylvan Park which is a great, but pricey neighborhood. You might find something affordable in Sylvan Heights. Its right next to Sylvan Park, but includes more fixer uppers and is dubbed an "up and coming" neighborhood. Hope that helps!

Hi- I'm relocating to Nashville from the northeast and wanted to know if a townhome valued at around 178,000 near west end/charlotte Park/downtown/st.thomas hospital would be in a safe area? I believe it is on American Road at West End. I was worried when I googled and saw that in general charlotte park seems to be not a great area.

American Drive is really off of Charlotte Pike (not near downtown, and not that near West End or St. Thomas). It's kind of an "okay area" (it's little nicer further out in that area to my way of thinking); it's not the best area of town, not anywhere near the worst. $178k for a townhouse in that area seems a little steep to me, but I'd have to see it first before saying for sure. Just guessing, it might be a pretty nice townhouse . . . in a "fair" area.
