Wow, I was surprised to read those reviews! People are more likely to complain than to make a point to go somewhere to post a positive. Cason Estates is definitely a great place to live. Not sure why they say it's not child friendly as there are oodles of kids playing about.

I agree with you complaints are spoken in a much louder voice so to speak. I think some complaints probably have merit and some don't. When are you new to a place, those ratings are all you have to go on, especially when you are trying to rent sight unseen which is what I did when I first moved here.

Thanks everyone for all of your advice!! I have started packing and what a chore that is. I move at the end of this month but my boyfriend went down today so I am doing the packing myself.
That's ok, at least I know it will be packed good and how I want it! LOL!!!
I know once I get down there I will be on here alot asking about things!
