Oddly those numbers closely correspond to the average house price in each of those zones.

Thank you Septimus. It also appears to go from North to South a bit as well. I think we are going to concentrate on Brentwood and Ravenwood. Those areas seem closer to the airport as well. My husband does need to travel for work a fair amount and the closer to the airport the easier it is.

Very true. The further north you go in wilco, generally the more expensive it gets. Franklin High pulls from the north as much of its district is north of the franklin city limits and buts up against the west side of the city of Brentwood (an area that has a similar median home price). Of course, that makes sense as it is also closest to downtown Nashville and other employment centers like West End, Green Hills, and Maryland Farms.

Fun, interesting fact: Franklin High school has students who live further north than Brentwood high school.

I have one friend there that loves it. I have several friends who had kids apply and didn't get in. I think it is pretty competitive admissions.

Renaissance is really competitive, to the point they are thinking about expanding it.

My friend who has a son there loves it.

It’s odd that Westhaven feeds Independence despite Franklin High being so close - guessing this is a capacity thing?
