It's dork talk. Nobody normal spends time caterwauling about how tall a building is. Because no normal person cares. As if it is more glorious to fall off a 600 foot building instead of a 500 foot building. It's baby talk in the form of a juvenile p.p. contest.

If you view it from 440 near 40, it really does look like Los Angeles with the new tall building in the center. Look at Atlanta and you'll see Nashville in 2045.
