Does anyone else remember that storm?

I remember that day all too clearly. I was working in Maryland Farms in Brentwood. They kept sending us down to the first floor hallway to take cover. My wife, fiancee at that time, worked at Opryland and I was scared to death over her. The phone lines were all messed up so I couldn't reach her but eventually did. It was April 16, 1998. Exactly one month before our wedding.

Wow... my husband was working over at the Springhouse Golf Course at that time... really scary! I just remember having a tiny baby at the time and thinking how awful it was that I had no idea that we were in an unsafe area with her - she was less than a month old, born March 27th of that year. Thankfully now with cell phones, tornado sirens, instant weather updates, etc, etc... we are much better prepared.
