If you would like an apartment (not a house) something like this could work for you - https://www.zillow.com/b/venue-at-co...lin-tn-5Xj9hF/

Looks like 3 bed / 2 bath apartments are running around $1,900 to $2,100 per month.

It's just down the road from Whole Foods Market grocery store and across from a park. There's a Publix nearby too if you prefer that grocery store.

I don't have children, so can't say what schools are like in that part of Franklin.

Lots more options in your price range in Franklin - houses, townhouses, and apartments -- depending on your preference: https://bit.ly/3reFgGK

Good luck!

Thanks a lot
I ll look into bellevue area.

Ugh. So frustrating how I'm paying almost double that downtown for an apartment to be close to an office I've been to 5 times in 6 months. I almost feel that outside of my bubble, the rest of the metro area is very reasonably priced. Sorry for hijacking the thread with my venting.

Lol. I feel for you. Sometimes for time we save to commute compensate for the high price.
I know commuting to down town with be painful.

We used to live in IMT Cool Springs for one year. It is a gated apartment complex, nothing super fancy but no complaints. A very good location with lots of restaurants and close to Brentwood and downtown. Loved the Xfinity there for only $20/month!! It's good for you to settle in a place first, then think about your next move. Their 3-bedroom is under your budget, but for a family of five, I would consider to rent a house if possible.

Thanks Joeyseven,

Imt seems like a good option. I was thinking of renting a house but then again thought of moving into apartment to make it easier to settle in new place and feel connected with neighbors etc.
How was your experience over all. How much are utilities approximately?
Hows the overall noise level? Is it really small for family of 5?
And sorry for my ignorance, whats Xfinity?
Again i really appreciate you answering as i m getting too anxious of moving with kids to a new country.
