Hi,
We are family of 5 moving from Toronto to Nashville in Summers 2021. Our kids are in high school ,middle school and then elementary school. We are planning to rent for first year and eventually buy a house.
We are looking into Brentwood franklin and mt juliet as schools are good in these areas. We work down down and want to be within 30 mins drive.
We want your input for 3 bedroom apartment within these areas
And what area is best to live with a family with groceries within 10-15 mins drive.

Brentwood doesn’t allow apartments in the city limits, so they are very few options:

You could look at renting a house in Brentwood or there are more apartment options in Franklin. What is your rental budget?

Also, if you search “Brentwood apartments” you will find a lot more listings, but they will be outside of Brentwood city limits and outside of Williamson County, so you would not get the same schools. Everything within 10 miles of Brentwood seems to include Brentwood in their apartment name.

Thanks brentwood girl. I really appreciate Your input. My budget is around 2000-2500 for a three bedroom
Franklin is fine if schools are good. I have never been to nashville. So everything i have is from online research.

Brentwood girl thanks for adding links for me as well. I have noticed most of apartments are 2 beds.

Zillow will let you search for rentals. You can enter your price range and number of bedrooms in the search options.

I would look for a rental house with your price range in Williamson County. You may need to go further south than Brentwood though to Franklin/Spring Hill.

Maybe look in Bellevue to rent a 3BR apartment & be 30-60 minutes to downtown Nashville. Choose from Kroger, Publix for grocery. Choose between Walgreen, CVS, & others for pharmacy. Maybe 30 minute drive over to Brentwood to look for your home. Bellevue would mean using MNPS for high school, middle school, & elementary in the area.
