The girl that does the commercials isn't the owners daughter. My boyfriend said that it's just a rumor and everyone thinks that it is.

Thanks! We are thinking about waiting until the winter now to have it installed. Maybe better rates then???? Maybe it will be easier to get service scheduled in the winter, too. Who knows??
