Anyone familiar with the Real estate licensing rules? I passed my TN State and National exam (I have a CA real estate license) and with the anticipation of moving this June figured I would find a sponsoring broker before my six months expiration date. However, our plans have been delayed and it might be awhile before I get back there (up to 1 year). Is there any possible way to have a broker sponsor me while I live in CA for the time being? I am willing to put my CA real estate license in to retirement if it means I can keep my TN license. I would just like to get it placed with a broker so I won't have to redo all of the classes and the tests. Anyone with any advice or helpful knowledge would be welcomed!!!

Hey there ---
I came from San Diego -- had a CA license and got my TN license. I can ask my broker ---I bet they would do that for you ---
PM me and we can discuss further.
