This is a very specific question that I haven't been able to find the answer to...a friend and I noticed while driving to Vandy the other day that there appears to be some type of living spaces above Social Graces in Hillsboro Village (on the corner of Wedgewood and 21st). I don't know if they're apartments or condos or what, and I'm sure they cost an arm and a leg, but I'm really curious about them. Anyone know where I can find some information on this?

Maybe you should call Social Graces or one of the businesses at street level. I'm sure they can answer the question. It'd be a great space to live in, but I know nothing.

I think I may do that tomorrow. It's probably the size of a shoebox for a million dollars or something, but it's gotten me curious and now I just have to know!

I am relocating to Nashville from NY, and I was researching the Hillsboro Vill area; however, since reading the posts i am having second considerations. I am retired and very active in NY. Can anyone suggest an area that I can consider?

Consider this thread is 1 1/2 years old, the situation at Hillsboro Village may have changed. The real estate market has certainly changed in the past 1 1/2 years, but I'll admit, I know nothing about this area.

I am from NY. The closest areas that you will find resembling NYC life would be the Hillsboro/West End area and the Gulch. Be aware that the Gulch encompasses an extremely small area at present, unless there is expansion in the future. You might also consider parts of East Nashville and possibly even Germantown.
