They also go under the name, "Brentwood Station-Country Station." I can't find any reviews about them. I even tried apartmentratings.com. They are owned by Brookside Properties.

The directions from Nashville are:

Take I-65 South- exit at Old Hickory Boulevard East (#74 A). Follow approximately 2 miles then turn left onto Edmondson Pike. Entry is approximately 1 mile on the right.

Thank you.

There is nothing "Brentwood" about that complex except its name. It is located in Davidson County in zip code 37211 and is one of, if not THE WORST complex on Edmondson Pike. Crime, drugs, gangs, and illegals. Rents are cheap there, but so are housing projects.

About the only complex on Edmondson that is still worth living in is The Preserve, which is notably more expensive... but you can't put a price tag on safety and English-speaking neighbors.

The Players Club is safe. It is in same complex of the Purserve, but less expensive. The Apartments are a bit smaller, but clean .

Brentwood? Why would you want to live in that cesspool? You should move to Dickerson Pike. You will love the diverse and beautiful array of stores, the wonderful people, and the safety it engulfs its residence with. It is the right move for you and your family. Especially if you have a daughter that is over 15. Again, come to Dickerson Pike. You wont regret it.

I can't speak for that apartment complex itself, but the area is not bad at all. Before I moved to the Old Hickory/Edmondson Pike area quite a few people tried to say it wasn't a safe area. I'm not sure what hole they were living in! I moved from good ol' Sevierville, Tennessee, and this is just as safe (if not nicer). Definitely check out the area for yourself before you take other peoples judgement to heart.

Good luck!

Brentwood station (actually nashville TN 37211) is a terrible apartment complex. Move somewhere else!
• poor maintenance
• high crime
• brown water comes out of faucet in the morning
• pool never opens on time
• work out equipment looks good but is rickety

I have lived at Brentwood Station since November 2008. I love my town home! I have no idea what these people are talking about in regards to safety. I know several of my neighbors and we have never experienced any problems. I have never had an issue with neighbors or management. The apartments are a bit older, but a few things inside have been updated. It's great for the price.
