I have never seen Royal Arms, but it is managed by Schatten Properties which is an EXCELLENT management company. I lived at a Schatten managed complex and they were very responsive and highly professional.

I don't recommend that place because its mostly students. Students mean, 'Let's party on the Weekend ' and I'm sure the parking lot is full there. I checked it out for my son and only the larger units had washer and dryer hookups. He is 24, and he did not want to live with students.

Check Craig's list. You'll find something. Also consider lease purchase. Contact a realtor and tell them up front that you are looking for a house with seller financing only. Good luck.
