That sounds awesome, not a problem at all!

Nashville sounds really fantastic.

Thank you all for your nice answers!

I already love Nashville.

Sounds awesome!
We can cook some italian food: spaghetti alla bolognese, spaghetti alla carbonara, tiramisù...
and I know the best winter meal: cheese fondue (swiss speciality)
What kind of food do you cook in Nashville?

Comfort food, baby. Which to us means fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans with bacon, fried corn, greens, macaroni and cheese, corn bread and pinto beans, biscuits, pecan pie, fudge pie, berry cobbler, homemade ice cream and lots of iced tea.

Book your flights!

And what about the "cliché" about southern america, big bbq's in the garden with neighbours? Is that true? Are is it only in movies?

Our neighborhood is like that. Lots of communal backyard dinners.

My British friend asked what a typical breakfast for us was. She was a bit repulsed when i told her biscuits and gravy. To her biscuits are cookies... and the only gravy they have is the brown kind served with roast beef....lol... No wonder she didn't like the sound of biscuits and gravy together... and especially not for breakfast! She changed her opinion some when she experienced the real thing...
