I was wondering what some of the more urban Nashville neighborhoods look like. Thanks.

depends on what neighborhoods you're looking for. What I do is type the neighborhood's name into flickr (hillsboro village, east nashville, sylvan park, belmont, etc.). There are usually plenty of pictures there.

You could also try the "bird's eye" view they have on live search maps. This will at least give you a broad look.

Live search

Also, google maps streetview is helpful.

I know this probably isn't exactly what you are looking for, but it's better than nothing.

Here is a link featuring the styles of homes commonly found in East Nashville & a few have photo examples:

Historic East End Nashville :: Neighborhood Homes

There are a lot of really brightly colored houses here. Green, Yellow, Blue, Red, Pink, Turquoise, Purple, Multicolored...etc!

Gee yank, you outdid yourself on this one. We're really lucky folks to live around here. I was just at Riverside Village in Inglewood and just couldn't believe the activity going on. Such changes so fast. A dance studio? Oh my. There's still some folks around that I'm not inviting to my next backyard affair, but they do add a certain air of color to the area. There's always good sightseeing going on on the eastside. Sushi and a stick up...you just can't beat it. lol.
