Would you mind sharing some of those names?

That is sad to hear but even sadder if we just let them go. Maybe we should expose that to the media.

I think they should definitely be exposed. Buying a home is the ultimate American dream, it's your safe haven, it's not just where your family lives but where it grows. Anyone that exploits that should be ousted and taken down! Homebuying is a nerve wracking task on its own, we shouldn't have to worry about people like that.

Fox Ridge Homes did not acquire Ryan Homes. NVR acquired Fox Ridge, and it's named under NVR just like Ryan Homes. A buyer will never see a legitimate and complete list of complaints about any big name builder. If you think you have found nearly flawless high volume builder under a multibillion corporate umbrella, then you need to rethink. Problems are inevitable. Ask yourself why useful information to buyers would be deleted from public view. What happens if you have a problem? Is it fixed or deleted?

In our search for a home in Wilson County, we have come across developments where people have told us to watch out for inferior homes. In most developments there are more than one builder and it is just scary to know this in the back of your mind while looking for a home.

Is there any way to locate complaints about certain builders or communities? Any suggestions?

Default Cobblestone Landing - Mt. Juliet TN

We are about to close on a home (to be built) in Cobblestone Landing. I was hoping someone out there may be able to tell us if they've had good experiences with Fox Ridge Homes and NVR Mortgage Company. We are really excited about everything, we just hope it all comes together.

Thanks for the help.
