From what I've read, it sounds like a nice mall with a good selection of stores and a big food court, but I also read that the people with their cart businesses just will not take no for an answer, these are older reviews though. Can anyone tell me if the mall is still as bad about this? I've been to malls before where they do you like that, and so it'd definetly not be fun having to walk right by their carts all the time, but it sounds like the ones at CoolSprings might be more in your face about it? Thanks for info.

Every mall is bad about this, which is one of the many reasons I avoid malls whenever possible. I don't want to change my cell phone plan, I don't want a time share in Destin, I don't want any cheap jewelry, and I don't want Chinese food. I just want to go to Vitamin World to pick up my protein powder and get out of there as quickly as possible without some merchant chasing me down like a street vendor in Tijuana. I have NO idea why malls don't hold these relentless kiosk owners to some kind of standard.

I don't think it's worse than any other mall. I just ignore them - I refuse to even make eye contact and I just keep moving. It is a nice mall, though. Good stores, good food court.

If you keep walking they can't exactly chase you down the mall. I've only been to the mall area of CSG a couple times but never noticed a problem with kiosk vendors.

I don't think it's any different there than any other mall I've been to, including in the northeast U.S.

well not every mall is, the smaller ones I've been to don't hardly have any kiosks at all, but yes when you do go to a much bigger mall like the WolfChase Galleria in Memphis, they're kinda bad about those kiosk people. Which is why I prefer the malls like Paducah's and Jackson's, not enough there to bug you.

hmm kk, well actually that's what I do also, I don't try to make eye contact at all. It usually seems to work, but I don't know if my mom does this or not, cause she's usually the one that gets asked to try all these things.

I'm there all the time. I'd say maybe 20% of the time I'm in the mall somebody tries to ask me to stop.

I just say no thanks and continue on my way.

That's what I do also. I don't have problem at all. It's not enough to keep me from going to the mall.

Same here. They get the message if just keep going and ignore them. It would never deter me from going there, although I'm not much of a shopping person in general.
