Hello all, I'll be relocating to the Nashville area (just got a job in Franklin) and am looking for a nice apartment to lease for maybe 6 months until I find a house to buy. Ive been told the Spring Hill area is nice, but have not had much luck finding many apartments in the area. I would like to stay in that area as the people are work with are there as well. Thanks for any suggestions!

If your job is in Franklin, why not rent in Franklin while you're house hunting? There are loads of apartments there. If you really want to end up in Spring Hill, buy a house there when your initial lease is up. There are new developments popping up in Spring Hill every day (but still not many apartments).

If you want to rent in Spring Hill they don't have much...believe me I know I've been looking. If your looking for apartments try The Villages at Spring Hill or Walden Creek. If you want to rent a home try visiting with Crye-Leike Realtors in Spring Hill.

There are actually quite a few homes for rent/lease in Spring Hill, Thompsons Station and Franklin, as well as townhomes.
