I'm hearing lots of slurping with today's nature observation beside the PC....
Many years ago we had a calico that was the noisiest groomer. She would "chew" on herself a bit sometimes. Just her way of getting some more spit to polish with.

Yep, that's what she's doing! Lots of spit! That's why her hair looks like it's standing up in the pics. It's wet! The other cats have never been so noisy with their grooming. She's a sweet little feline.

One if our dogs is like that. Bad thing is, he sleeps at the foot of our bed.
This chubby squirrel likes to raid my suet feeder. I have squirrel-proof bird seed feeders, so don't mind when he nibbles at the suet, as long as he leaves a little for my feathered friends.
