Perfectly Preserved Woolly Mammoth Discovered in Siberia | Trending Now - Yahoo! News

I once asked my preacher why there were dinosaur bones. He said they were a trick by the devil to confuse man into thinking the world was more than 6000 years old. That made like, zero sense to me.

I see you've never met a politician who believes in creationism. Mr. mammoth proves every one of 'em completely wrong.
So, now you're faced with the idea that the person who is running your government is delusional. Seriously. You can show them the mammoth and they would find some way to explain it away or try and make you believe it's less than 6000 years old. Which is ridiculous.

You get crap like this :

Err... creationists already admit that mammoths existed. What they doubt are dating techniques. This proves nothing.

That is quite a conundrum. How can the mammoth be older than the Planet as we were told?

Easy answer, the guy doing the telling did not know what he was talking about. He may have been certain but he was completely wrong. It happens.

The rest of us, that have evidence that the world is older than 4 billion years, just watch in amazement.

Arguing with a creationist is like arguing with someone who believes LBJ's Great Society programs have been beneficial despite all evidence to the contrary.
