While watching this video clip, I thought to myself that reminds me of a placenta, a sac like organ inside a pregnant mother for her developing fetus that is connected to the uterine wall allowing to pass to the unborn nutrients, the fetus waste elimination & gas exchange via the mother's blood supply. Once baby has been born, then eventually the placenta is expelled from within the mother outwardly. Aside from that notion, this is a strange looking unknown species indeed.
