Yes that kinda liike like them. I only seen hard shells no heads tails or legs LOL They are Inside my Neighbors Apt!!!

I generally associate centipedes and millipedes with wet, rotting wood. Is her roof leaking or the plumbing in her kitchen or bathroom/s? Tell her to check for damp places. Maybe a plumber or a roofer might be the better “exterminators”?
