This picture just breaks my heart. We're very much aware of other, if not all ,animals mourning the loss of a baby, relative or friend. Elephants especially demonstrate this and Anybody who has ever had loving pets , even of different species, can attest of the heartbreak some demonstrate when a buddy dies and then there is the mourning a pet goes through when its human dies.

Hopefully, most of us realize animals have feelings. Those that don't either aren't too bright, or they're trying to rationalize their mistreatment of animals.

Yes, they are and those people are evil. Some don't even try to rationalize, they just destroy with glee.
