Delighted cows! Just goes to show all warm-blooded creatures enjoy the warmth of spring. All that dashing and leaping about is how my cats look after a poop.

Although most of the beef cattle and the horses around here are outside 24/7 in every season I could not help but notice that with the warmer temps we've had this weekend they all seems to bit more lively and energetic.

Soon there will be lots of young calves gamboling about in the pastures, looking for all the world like oversized puppies frolicking about.
