A couple years ago my step daughter and son in law were going home, on a road way out of town. 4 little kits like that one in the video, ran out in the road in front of them and started playing in the road. This was around midnight and they said it seemed they were coming out there to play in the light from the headlights. Said they sat there for about 10 minutes watching the youngsters play before they got bored and went back off the road.
